4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer shipping within Pakistan. If you’re located outside of Pakistan, we apologize for the inconvenience and encourage you to check back in the future for any updates.

  • Regional Areas: May take up to 7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

6. Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Once an order is confirmed, we begin processing it right away to get it to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist.

7. What should I do if my order is damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to either replace the item or offer a refund, depending on the situation.
